God couldn’t be present everywhere, that’s why he sent women. In the form of mother, sister, friend, wife, daughter our lives are filled with women. But do they really get the respect and dignity they deserve?

While we complain about hustling between 2 tasks our mom completed 10 without even turning down her smile.

As we grow up, we face many struggles, to fight the world is a different thing but what if you have to fight within your family for equality among your other siblings? All of us have been denied an opportunity at least once in our life because we are women. We are always told to dress properly, sit properly, talk softly and that we are weak and taught to compromise from small things to big dreams.

Women are always provided with opportunities but they are locked inside a glass room from where they can see the entire world, but can’t really break free of this barrier. There are many women who excel within this limit, but there a few who break that glass ceiling and make their ways to the real world.

I’m Prathiba Jhingan from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, another common woman who faced gender disparities and other limitations attached to gender, I did compromise my bit wherever I had to but I broke every glass ceiling to prove myself in different facets of life so that the world would know “My gender is not my barrier” I had to do this all by myself, in this process I decided I’ll help as many women as I can to break the glass ceiling and prove themselves.

That will fuel me to run this website which will be a platform where I connect women, inspire them and help them in achieving their dreams. No nation can rise to glory unless women are side by side as men and not under them. I am here to pull from down and place you equally on the side in every way I could.
